About this notice
This notice explains personal data processing associated with dronivia.com and enquiries sent to Dronivia. For privacy questions or requests, contact Dronivia at contact@dronivia.com.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms request your first and last name, company, country, business email address, product of interest, estimated requirement or quantity, and message. The business email and product selection are required fields. Other information depends on what you choose to provide. Please keep your enquiry relevant to your business requirements and avoid including patient records or other sensitive personal information.
Enquiries and correspondence
The website forms are configured to store submissions in the website database and send them to the Dronivia enquiry mailbox. Information submitted by form or email is used to review and respond to your request and discuss relevant products, documentation, availability and business requirements.
Technical information
When you access the website, your browser sends technical information to the servers providing it, including your IP address, requested resource, browser information and request time. Hosting, email delivery and website service providers may process technical information as part of delivering their services.
Website services and external resources
The current website uses WordPress and Elementor, Hostinger services, an Elementor accessibility widget, and fonts loaded from Google Fonts. Page resources also include a Hostinger Reach script. Loading external resources connects your browser to the respective provider and can disclose technical request information. Provider information is available from Hostinger, Elementor Google. These links describe the providers’ practices; they do not replace Dronivia’s responsibility for its own processing.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry processing may be necessary to take steps you request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For business contacts acting for an organisation, responding to relevant business correspondence may instead rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations may require processing under Article 6(1)(c). Where processing relies on consent, Article 6(1)(a) applies and that consent may be withdrawn for the future. The basis depends on the particular processing activity.
Recipients and international processing
Enquiries are available to the Dronivia team handling them and to service providers involved in website hosting, form storage and email delivery. External resources may be delivered from infrastructure outside your country. Contact Dronivia for information about the specific contracting entities, processing locations and any applicable international-transfer safeguards.
Retention
The appropriate retention period depends on the purpose of the record, whether an enquiry develops into a business relationship, and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact Dronivia for the retention period that applies to your enquiry and related correspondence.
Your data protection rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict processing, receive portable data, and object to processing, subject to the applicable conditions. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. Send requests to contact@dronivia.com; Dronivia may need information to verify your identity before responding.
